Young women commit and participate in the "earn and learn" incentive program by attending and participating in regular meetings, then earn points to shop in the Baby Store (Carla's Closet) for items needed for themselves and their babies.
This incentive program promotes integrity, accountability and responsibility by providing baby and maternity items at no cost to the moms.
